Start Learning Falun Dafa Today

There are many ways to start learning Falun Dafa for beginners:

1. On your own: You can read the books first to learn the principles of Falun Dafa, and follow the exercise instruction video tape to learn the exercises by yourself. The books and video tape can be either purchased from your local bookstores or downloaded from Internet for free.
2. Partially on your own: You can read the books at home and learn the exercises at your local Instruction Centers. Almost all major cities and universities around the world have assistance centers or practice sites. All activities are free of charge.
3. Informally with a group: You can come to join our regular group practice/study to learn the exercises and study the principles. It is free of charge.
4. Systematically with a group: You can attend a 9-session seminar which is frequently offered by the local assistance centers and free of charge. This is the most systematical way to start learning.

If you are in an area where currently there isn't a practice site or assistance center nearby, you still can learn Falun Dafa by simply joining our new program "Teaching at Your Place."

It's simple:

If you can find a place for teaching (home, martial arts studio, public library, bookstore, gym, community center, etc.), then we can help you to organize the event. For instance, we can send you the advertising materials such as information brochures and flyers, and help you to set up the event. We will offer a workshop or a 9-session seminar, and teach the exercises at your place.
